AA Thought for the Day

Self-Will
The first requirement is that we be convinced that
any life run on self-will can hardly be a success. On
that basis we are almost always in collision with something
or somebody, even though our motives are good.
- Alcoholics Anonymous, "How It Works," p. 60
Thought to Ponder
The smallest package in the world is an alcoholic all wrapped up in himself.
AA-related 'Alconym'
H O W = Honest, Open-minded, Willing.
Thanks to all of you for sharing so generously of your experience, strength and hope in carrying the AA message.
Grateful to serve,
