Change
No matter how far down the scale we have gone, we will see how
our experience can benefit others. That feeling of uselessness and
self-pity will disappear. We will lose interest in selfish things and
gain interest in our fellows. Self-seeking will slip away. Our whole
attitude and outlook upon life will change.

Pammy and I have alcoholism. One the best things I've learned is accepting I can't get back what I once had. I find that moaning over it keeps me stuck. Sometimes I have to constantly change my thinking because I am a creature of habit. Sudden changes don't unnerve me as much anymore though, Thank God. I try to apply with faith that I can change. I was meant to evolve on a daily basis and share it. No alkie likes change but when we share on our growth it will hopefully show others that it wasn't as crippling as we told ourselves it would be. Baby steps lead us to a more clear path when we are willing to be openminded to even a lil effort and watch the rewards we gain. Thank you.
