I'm John, an alcoholic. Am I living life fully? It certainly depends on my Attitude. Emotional security or insecurity is about my Attitude. The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of Attitude affects the emotional security or insecurity on my life. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. Attitude can make or break a company, a church, a home, a person. The remarkable thing is that I have a choice every day regarding the Attitude I will embrace for the day. I cannot change the past; I cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. I cannot change the inevitable. The only thing I can do is play on the one string I have and that is my Attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you; we are in charge of our Attitude. My Attitude certainly plays a most important role in my sobriety. Keeping it simple has a lot to do with my 'Attitude.' The bottom line is: I try to keep it simple and try to Let It Go. And that, my friends, is 'As John Sees It.' Thank you.

try to live the Steps, which can be a task some days more than others. But if you want to stay sober; if you feel you are done, then this program can help you stay sober one day at a time. Stick with the winners. And for the new people, try not to drink today and keep coming back. There are many miracles within our halls of AA. Thanks for letting me share.
