Recovery
Let no alcoholic say he cannot recover unless he has
his family back. This just isn’t so. In some cases the
wife will never come back for one reason or another.
Remind the prospect that his recovery is not dependent
upon people. It is dependent upon his relationship with God.
- Alcoholics Anonymous, (Working With Others) pp. 99 - 100
Thought to Ponder
Avoidance is not the key; surrender opens the door.
AA-related 'Alconym'
F R O G = Fully Rely On God.
Thanks to all of you for sharing so generously of your experience, strength and hope in carrying the AA message.
Grateful to serve,
